Free sheet music & audio for every player
Sasani Music is a free, open library of sheet music arrangements paired with MP3 audio examples, built to make music more accessible to everyone. Spanning many genres and eras, the arrangements here cover a wide variety of instruments—from tin whistles and recorders to kalimba and xiao. Notation styles include standard staff notation, whistle tabs, Nakai tabs for Native American flute, and jianpu (numbered notation).
All arrangements are free to use, share, and adapt for non-commercial purposes.
Original works by Sasani are coming soon—pieces composed specifically for the instruments featured in this library, free to play and share under the same CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
No AI is used in creating arrangements or compositions. Please expect human error. (I bet I'll mess up the site a lot as well too.)
Website
This site is functional but not complete. Some PDFs and MP3s need tweaking in various ways. More instruments will be added and the rest of what I have for the instruments below will be added soon. It took some time for me to set up a simpler way to add new music and instruments.
Planned instrument additions
Bansuri, B♭ clarinet, dizi, duduk, fujara, hulusi, kalimba - 21 tine, low F ukulele (low G tuned down a step), lyre harp, Moldavian/Hungarian kaval, Native American flute in B♭ minor, piano, steel tongue drum and more as I learn and/or acquire more instruments to play. Please look forward to it! 🩷
Music additions
Currently not all of my arrangements are on the site. I'm working on it. More music is planned, but I've no idea what it might be yet. For comments, suggestions, and requests regarding arrangements please contact me here: sasani.github@penguinmail.com
Since I am committing myself to making music as accessible as one fatigued disabled person can, I am open to arrangement suggestions, requests for specific instruments for my current arrangements, transposing arrangements, etc., feel free to contact me. I can't guarantee I can do everything, but I will try my best. Please be sure to include the instrument(s), comfortable playing range, or other details. I do plan on attempting to add difficulty ratings to pieces, but I haven't decided the details on how I'll do that since I'm focused on getting the site updated with what I currently have arranged.
